step 1
Initial Contact & Inquiry
Initial client contact and inquiry. This is when a potential client reaches out through a website, phone call, email, or referral. The goal at this stage is to understand the client’s needs and determine whether the project is viable. The business gathers key details such as the type of project, location, budget, and desired timeline. This information is often recorded in a customer management system to keep track of leads and follow-ups.

Handover And Post-Completion
Finally, the handover and post-completion phase marks the conclusion of the project. The client and builder conduct a final walkthrough, and the builder provides a handover pack containing warranties, manuals, certificates, and maintenance information. The client signs off on the project, and final payment is made. Many companies follow up after completion to check on client satisfaction and address any post-handover concerns.

Our vision
Dobbins Construction was born from the desire to change our industry for the better. Because we believe that commissioning a construction project doesn’t have to mean frustration, conflict, delays and unexpected costs (that could have been prevented with better planning or foresight). Not by a long shot.
We set out to do things differently to change our industry for the better, bringing advanced project management and planning skills to the table to combine with architecture, design, engineering and construction experience.
We also saw a gap in the market, to provide a high-quality, T2-level service to T3 projects, with a size range of $2M – $10M, while maintaining a tailored and personalised approach with a focus on the individual client and project.Â
We’re proud to say that we have achieved all of these goals — and the proof is the work that we deliver, the foresight and planning that go into each project, and the resulting high-quality outcomes.
