Design and Construction of a 62-Unit Independent and Assisted Living facility, over 3 new multi-level buildings within the existing Freedom (Tall Trees) Aged Care Facility. This project included communal facilities and basement carparking, as well as a Movie Theatre, commercial Kitchen, Gym, Hairdressing Salon, and extensive landscaping and communal areas for recreational activities, as well as link-bridges and walkways throughout the new facility to connect to the existing facilities.
